We have just returned home from the 2023 Umbria Culture tour with Sempre Italiano and it was an amazing experience for all of us. The first adventure was just getting everyone together at Termini train station in Rome. We have never seen the city so full of tourists this late in October! We then headed to Marmore Falls as our first stop in Umbria.

We started everything out by meeting in Edinburgh and touring the Edinburgh Castle, lunching at a typical Scottish Pub, then on to the Scotch Whisky Experience which was an absolutely entertaining introduction to scotch whisky, followed by a tasting and dinner.

As it turned out it was all ladies because a couple who had planned on coming had a health emergency so no guys. We had fun though! I should say there was one guy with us, our driver Mario, who kept us laughing with his stories and gave us great tips on places to eat.
